This is my third year teaching and I'be been very overwhelmed! I wanted to blog all the time and still haven't done it amongst the million other things. Not only have I been teaching this year but I also got engaged recently!! Such a wonderfully exciting time!! I'm also coming near the end if graduate studies. I was to graduate in December, however have decided to take the summer off!! I will be spending time with my family... Mostly my mom. I well also be enjoying my fiance' family! His parents live overseas and well be back in town for the wedding!!! (7-11... Everyone drink a slice for us from 7/11 in honor of us that day!!!)
My first few posts will be very random but I I have spend some time planning our wedding and being the best I can be to my amazing fiance! During this time I 've reconnected with my creative side which I've seemed to have on hold a lot lately!!! I have many meals to share with you... Everything I cook is cook easy and tarry... If it's not I won't share it... Our probably cook again lol!! Be ready... Our grill is my new best friend!
